We make every effort to display our products and their colours accurately, but the appearance may vary depending on your device. Product descriptions and availability may change at any time. We may limit quantities or discontinue any product.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown at checkout in the applicable currency and include VAT where applicable. The price charged is the price displayed at the time you place your order. Depending on your delivery country, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply and, where charged by local authorities, are the responsibility of the recipient (see our Shipping & Delivery Policy). Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.

5. ORDERS
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurred); if we do, we will refund any amount already paid.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. 7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to deliver within the timeframes stated in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

All content on the Services (text, images, logos, and designs) is owned by Amorie Boutique or its licensors and is protected by law. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.

9. ACCEPTABLE USE

10. DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. This does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, which continue to apply.

12. CHANGES
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page, with an updated effective date. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
